Unhappy Shaky upon acceleration

My 1995 e320 wagon has a few complications and any help would be great. Here's the list:

--My ABS and ASR lights are on. (I believe that I just need the brake pads with the sensor but I read that there might be some correlation btwn the two systems)

--The engine temp is always running high (like just a bit below the red (120)) also, the engine fans are always going, at least when the engine is "warmed up"

--And when I put the pedal down to speed up quickly I feel a shaking (with a hesitant increse in speed) in front of the car and sometimes it even makes a popping noise. the noise sounds a bit like its coming from the exaust but its towards the middle front of the car, I'm not sure of its origin. Otherwise in regular driving is accelarates just fine.

Any help would be much appreciated.

ok about brake pads check your brake pads to see how thick they are cause on mine they where run down half way and there still good so my friend whos a mb mec. cut the sensor off haha so i need to check them every once in awhile cause thats a accident waiting to happen but it could just be the sensor

about over heating mine in the mec now cause there was a custom relay done to the a/c so the fan couldn't turn on but im not sure about yours could be the thermostat but don't take my word for it

I forgot

Also, my A/C fan has stopped. It did this once before, but I just replaced the fuse and it started up again.
Also, I'd like to check the fuses outside the fuse box, do anyone know where they are?
