From left to right... intake air temp (IAT), exhaust gas temp (EGT), and boost pressure (PSI). I'm planning on cranking up the power a bit. I've already increased the output of the stock injection pump a little, and now I'm working on having a spare pump modified to push more fuel. Current output is probably 160hp, the limit of the stock pump is 175-180hp, and after the hybrid pump is installed I'm hoping for 200-220hp. Long-term my goal is 275-300hp at the crank. I'll need to change the turbo and add an intercooler, make more significant mods to the pump, plus a few other odds & ends to get near 300hp though. I'm not interested in getting 400-500hp like the SuperTurbos in Finland... too many mods, too expensive, too much chance of grenading the tranny!

I didnt know you were running a turbo...that makes sense now. What kind of turbo do you have? How about the exhaust?

Sorry - I should have clarified. This is a 1987 300D turbodiesel... the stock turbo is a Garrett T3, or KKK something-or-other of equivalent size. Mine has the KKK. Exhaust is stock diameter but with the center muffler replaced with a straight pipe. I'll be installing a Remus rear muffler from a 500E (larger diameter input pipe) along with a larger exhaust (probably 3-inch or so) when I upgrade the turbo in the future.
