i have a 1990 300ce auto,when it is cold it starts perfect and runs until it warms up then it misfires and seems to choke it self and then stalls and will not start again until i start it from cold and then the same happens????i did spray some carb cleaner into the air intake could this do any harm???this did not improve things.
Also the battery goes flat when the car is not started for a couple of days as if there is a perminent drain [short] has anybody got any clues or can tell me how to trace a short,the battery was replaced with a new one but the same thing happens?
