Ok I've paid more attention to this over the weekend and have discovered that the engine runs smooth when cold. Only once it warms up does it miss?
If you haven't checked to make sure that the plugs and wires are free from corrosion like I mentioned earlier, I would next check the wires themselves. My 400E also had this problem, and it ended up being a bad wire. Pull off your air cleaner, when the engine is warm and idling/missing, and use insulated pliers to pull each plug wire at each plug one by one, connecting them back after each pulltest, that will tell you which plug is not getting juice, or if it doesn't affect your missing ignition, then you have problems elsewhere, but do the simple things first.
