I am considering the purchase of a 1994 E320 Coupe with 121,000 miles as a second vehicle. It has had all it's services minor and major including transmission. The interior and exterior are in excellent condition. The asking price is $6,000. Firm. I am clueless to the value of this particular model and year. Hence, I am asking those that own this particular vehicle whether or not this is a good price point?

if the car is running well, and all the major problems such as the E-Harness, or Head Gasket if needed was repaird, and the car is running well and is not idiling rough, and everything is smooth, then yes I'd say thats' a very good price. At 121 miles you can't go wrong with that car it's got tons on life left on it as long as it was maintained properly. Check it out, take it for a spin, ask questions, what have you got to loose.

I agree with vili - you really can't go wrong if it has been well maintained.... It's a great price for a truly great car. Just think of it like this - 10% of it's original value...
JUST MAKE SURE that the AC works.... mine had a "leak" when I bought it. Got it fixed a time or two--- recharged. Then it totally blew hot at the end of the summer this year. Cost to fix is $4000. Of course I'll be shopping around for a better price on the fix, but check that AC bud.
$6000 is a good price, almost too good. You *must* take it somewhere where they deal exclusively in Mercedes and have them once over the car. You'll pay $100 or so dollars, and you will get every penny back in knowledge.
