Yal,

Would these fault readings be the same for the M104 engine?

Thanks,

Jayare

I'm going to say that 13 is the air intake sensor on the air filter box.

Yal, thanks for the code info.

Lee, What are you using to read these codes?

Jayare,

Not to sure what it's called but on the right hand side of the battery is a small black box, inside is a 16 pin number sequence and a small black button at the top, press and hold for three secounds and a small red LED flashes. this is what gave me the 3 error codes. It flashes until it gives you the fault, the repress for another 3 secounds if you have any more faults, i got 11.13.16 flashes then it riverted back to 11

Ok Guys,

I'm bringing this post back to life as i have been testing certain things with no success.

I tried removing the O2 sensor and intialy fault that the slow pull away problem was resolved. I was wrong as it came back as soon as the engine warms up.

I managed to fixed the fault 16 code issue with a new cold air intake as the old one has a big hole in the bottom, still have codes 11 and 16 showing on the internal Code reader.

Also replaced thermostat as i fault this might be the issue with the over heating problem but the old one was fine, changed it anyway. There seems to be no presure between the rad hoses and the water pump, with the engine running but not at high temp you can squezze these pipes " hoses" and there dose not seem to be any pressue in them. Have a feeling this may be a bad rad issue but im not sure. These are tje largest hoses in the engine bay.

This slow pulling away problem is really getting to me though. It's sitting at a light and when green comes along i can't even move the car. takes 20-30 seconds to reach 40 MPH. Absolutely drinking gas also getting less MPG than a V8 Tahoe !

The car feels very weak. Any advice or recomendations is appriciated.
