the 94-95' model has a different hood that scoops over the headlights so there are sort of "form fitted" to that specific hood. Your model has the old style which is the plastic rectangular style with the replaceable main bulb. The 94-95' model i believe is a one piece glass face similair to the euro headlights. If you did indeed order the 94-95 model lights you would have to get a hood of the same year for everything to fit right or else i believe there will be a big gap between part of the hood and the light. If your refering to the plastic headlights you get from ebay then i believe you can pull it off because the gap is less noticiable with that style. Hope i helped ya

physical demonstration:

1995 e320: curved and angled...works on with that hood..
1993 300e: euro headlights, straight and inline with the grille. good upgrade.

Don't get the ebay cheap ones. I believe they have plastic lense. Look for the euro that have the glass lense. Bosch or Hella are the best, but you can get them from other manufactures for cheaper and similar quality.
