I would help if you gave us the year of your car. You may also go to www.autohausaz.com or www.autopartsplace.com and find replacement covers. They are not an expensive item. Paint match will be up to the shop you choose to do the painting.
my bodyshop guy found me a korean aftermarket bumper for a small price, but the quality sucked and it broke first winter. Your best bet is to try a junk yard or pay for the OEM because i have seen so many people with a broken bumper you might as well get the best quaility one to last the longest.
$1,500 sounds like way to much. i know the 95 model is a painted bumper but it still shouldnt be that much, maybe look into a local shop to do the work
I just replaced the impact strip and had a body shop paint it and the rest of the bumper. There was also an old and badly repaired crack in the lower left side of the bumper. It looked like a three year old tried to glue it back together. The body shop was able to smooth it out before the repaint. You can hardly tell it's there now.
