Study the pics and you will see the shop is located at 1231 Pico. My brother lives a short distance away and is going to stop by to take a look at the progress. These guys appear to have covered all the bases.
I really haven't given it too much thought yet. Concentrating on getting her back on the road first. Will think about a different exterior setup later. Have you seen any 124 coupes flared in the rear?
The road to hell is paved with good intentions, I started out down the same route by negotiating with an idiot who believes her dead damaged and totally trashed 90 300ce is worth $3000. She needs to get of that glass dick.
I normally would only give $500 for a parrts car but I planned to build a 500CE. Iwent up to $1000. She didn't budge. So then I thought it would be even cooler to build a 500CE Cab. All them ownersare smoking crack.
Every car in the trader that i looked at has been repainted entirely, and has been hit front rear or both. The interiors are trashed and faded or freshly painted. The top struts are leaking and they don't want to fix. They won't come down and believe they have a gold ingot in their posession.
The $11,000 cheapest one was better and nicer than the $22,500 one (it's supposed to be on ebay according to the owner last Monday.
Back to the trader online search and I made a mistake and hit enter after only selecting Mercedes and the body style convertible (no e320). Up pops this gem and I bought it.
Oh well the crazy woman's coupe is still sitting there and I'm glad I don't own it as the crack fumes inside may kill some brain cells anyway!!!

I am very impressed with the idea your imbarking on.Ealier this year I sold a 90 CE to a guy from new jersey. He was very concerned with rust spots and body structure. We spoke a little before he left and he told me he was going to stuff a 500e engine up in there.I still have his number he also wns a shop. This winter I plan to drop a grand national engine and tranny I have laying around into my 89 ce.Ive already converted the fuel system and rear end to 500e parts. The way your project is going your gonna have a beast when your done.
