Vin code to find out options?

I am looking at a 400e that is a ways away and I would like to know if I can find out the options by the Vin code. I would love a car without ASR. Is that possible with the 400e? The vin for the car is
WDBEA34E5NB620556.

Anything I should look at as far as big problems when I finaly go over there?

according to your VIN, the car is equipped with ASR (Code 471). It also has code 430, which is the "Enhanced Offroad Package."
