A/C Swap Question

First time poster here.

My dad has a 1998 E320 that has some A/C problems. He's found a wrecked 2000 E320 with a functioning A/C.

My question is will the blower motor, box (housing), and regulator from a 2000 fit in a 1998?

If, what all parts would he need from the donor car to make it work?

actually W124s were sold in 1996 (wagons in UK)
