Gta255, again that is just my opinion on the filter. obviously dont do anything that you are unsure about. you have an E420 which would have a good stock filter i would imagine. If you are seriously considering it i would say ask your mechanic.
the fact still remains... no improved performance on the dyno... and the filter is not effective at keeping dirt out of the engine... thus the question still remains... why would you add something to your engine that has been proven in many studies to allow more dirt into the engine?... and shows no hp gain in a dyno test?... i have nothing against K&N... i used to run one in my car... im just trying to help... and i speak from experience...
eh i guess it's not worth it, i mean i know my car has 275 hp, which is quite a bit but i still can't help knowing that it is possible to pass the 300 mark.
