Hi Fellow Members,

Can anyone point me to where I should look for the ignition timing marks on the M102 4 cylinder engine?

I'm trying to check if my car's ignition timing is correct.

Thanks mate for taking the trouble to scan in the diagram. I'll check my car tomorrow to locate the timing marks.

Thanks as well for the very useful engine technical data, I've kept a copy for future reference. BTW, what is that publication you have there? I've been trying to get hold of a Haynes manual or something similar for the W124 locally here but no luck so far.

its just a tech book that cover all cars m8, not woth buying for just one make of car "too expensive" but as long as at least one of us have it all the others can share at no cost to them, free just how it should be and i dont mind taking the time to scan them i enjoy it and it helps many[:)]so ill keep doing it[8D]
