well after a month of searching for cars, I have finally decided to pour $7,000+ dollars into my W124.
tempting as it is... I have been searching high and low for a manual transmission for this car, and have come up short every time. Anyone know where I can find one? I am willing to pay top $$$ for one. Also, I am one for speed and performance and was curious if anyone thinks that there is something out there that is absolutely necessary for this car...

I was thinking about that the other day as well. Even the Brabus E V12 only has the 4sp auto. What kind of engine do you have? You could try getting a ZF 6sp manual in there, as long as the engine isnt too powerful(the Brabus would rip it up) or if you have an S/C.

I was tempted to take everything out and put in a 500 engine... but the engine alone was over 10g's

that 6spd might work... the engine stock only puts out under 200hp....
