Is this a legitimate claim- euro 123's had high mount brake lights in 1981?

That had to be a retrofit. No W123 came from the factory with a high mount brake.

It's probably from a different model like a w126, w124, or w201. Pretty sure those had third brake lamps on some, looks like the lens is in pretty good shape too.

It's a W124's, I can tell. So can the seller cause of the oem number
