Bboy, car looks great! So that's what 2 coils will look like... I'm in.

As already confirmed the wheels are 16" CLK 320 wheels, they are all aluminum and VERY light. I swear they weigh as much or less than 14" bundts, I held one in each hand. They are not staggered, the front center cap will not fit over the grease cap and there is literally 1/4" gap between the inside edge and the tie rod. I've got a set of 12mm spacers but being so damn low that puts the tire way too close the fender lip for my comfort so I'll probably just "modify" the grease cap to allow the center cap to fit. Anybody want to buy 4 12mm hubcentric spacers with longer lug bolts?

And yes the are stock springs I cut, 3 coils off the front and 1.5 off the rear. Idealy it seems 2 front and 1.5 rear would have been the smarter choice, tis the reason I just bought a new set of front springs to try again. The ride is very near to stock but I can tell I'm past the efficient damping range of the shocks. HDs probably would have helped a bit but probably not night and day. Hopefully bringing the front up a bit will get me more in that usable range and smooth out the bound and rebound when going over small bumps. I have noticed DRAMATICALLY less body roll when turning, it doesn't feel like a boat ready to keel over anymore. Stay fairly flat without being jarring. I think the best route would have been Vogtlands with a coil or two cut that way you get the higher spring rate and drop however the ride will be somewhat harsher.

Why is that a bad idea? I'm guessing the ride sucks?

Looks good, I've gotta do the front on mine, as it's stock fronts and AMG rears. Check your PM's btw

how is the tire wear, were you able to do a good alignment? im thinking that much of a drop would have the camber adjustment maxed out

Well it's only been 3 days so not too sure of the tire wear. I can tell you however that I have just a bit of negative camber with a lot of adjustment left. I'm waiting until I get my new coils before taking it in for an alignment, but I eyeballed it and so far it feels good on the road.

My car is dropped enough that you can not align properly. It wasn't to dramatic but it was definitely beyond the adjustment the car offers.
