240d auto transmission problem.

Hi, I recently bought am 82 240d to install a WVO conversion. After I installed the two tank system with a 6 port solenoid valve the auto transmission is now having problems shifting. It wont go into 4th gear until way late aound 50 plus mph. before the install it worked just fine.. I know I must of done somethig wrong but cant figure it out.. any suggestion... thanks Joe

vacuum leak. You probably knocked a vacuumline loose while installing the solenoid. recheck all your vac lines and throttle cable adjustment.

Speaking of shifting late, My transmission starting shiting into fouth gear abot 25 . Think I am have gotten a new leak?
