can't get fuel flow

My 300TDT was driving just great, and then I parked it pointing upward on a very steep hill. Now suddenly I do not have fuel pressure enough to start it. I checked all the fuel lines, all clear, no kinks.

Do these cars use a fuel pump, and if so, how is it powered? Are their fuses/relays? Could not find info on this in the maintenance manual, only for the 110 petrol motor.

thoughts?

Prime the pump

The older cars had a pump lever on the side of the fuel pump, but the newer ones like yours do not have it. Try 1-800-222-0100,MB tech line, and get an idea of how to prime this one. I have never had this problem on my wagons. How low was the fuel?

300TDT

It's an '82, so is that old in regards to the prime?

I thought about low fuel with the angle, but it's over a half tank, so that can't be it.

roll down the hill?

Chad,

what will this do?

So far I've found that fuel is reaching my pre filter and main fuel filter. It is also getting into the injection pump. When I remove the lines from the pump to the cyllinders, there is no fuel coming out.
