Sometimes I wish I could learn to bend the truth. I talked to Classic MB, and they won't give me the part numbers for the parts because "European bumpers are illegal in the US, as well as German license plates". Furthermore, they will only provide spare parts information for how the vehicle left the assembly line.
Try giving Caliber Motors a call. 1-800-252-6877
They're a dealer in California. They sell at wholesale prices, no tax, you have to pay shipping costs though.
But remember, when you call, DON'T tell them or lead them to think it's a Euro part, it might give them a reason to say no without finding the info. Make the convo go like this
"I need a quote for part number xxx-xxx-xx-xx, how much will it be?" They prob won't ask what the part is, but if they do, just say "license plate bracket", NOT "euro plate bracket" or anything like that. They'll then tell you if it'll be available or not. Hope that helps!

Try calling MB Classic in Irvine CA. The only thing they wouldnt sell me was euro headlight parts. They also dont have a problem giving you euro part numbers.
MB Classic in Irvine is one of the places I tried calling. They're the ones who told me they wouldn't give me part numbers because: a) My vehicle is originally a US-spec model b) Euro bumpers and license plates are illegal in the US.
I might try to give it a few days and just give them just the part number and see what they say...

Weird, When you call back ask for Woody. Or you can give me the numbers and I'll ask. I just ordered all the rubber parts and brackets for my coupe front bumper with no problems.
