Yellow fogs from US spec to EURO spec?

can the reflective cone from my old us spec lights fit in the euro lights to make the fogs yellow?

No.

Well I suppose it is but it would require cutting off the glass cover over the reflector on the us fog, then you would have to cut the sides down as well. When I got my euro lights I tried to check and see if it would fit and it wasn't even close. I opted for the hella h3 55w yellowstar fog bulbs. They keep the lens white but provide a yellowish beam.

French spec W123s had the yellow reflectors. Try to source some of those.
