Thats a nice car but it does have the california emissions and unlike yours it does not have rear headrests

I'm also not a big fan of the chrome wheels but that car will make its new owner happy.

Wow, an 85 CD with 117K. I thought the neighborhood looked familiar. This is just up the road from me. If some one is interested, I could check it out for you.
Does it have leather or tex?

True, chrome bundts don't look good on all colors. On my champagne, I think they look fantastic, but that light blue would look best with alloy, IMO.

It has leather. If you check it out let me know if the leather is still in good condition. I started bidding on it to replace with mine.

ah thats my favorite color for all Mercedes, same color as mine, but likewise with the leather, and mines a sedan.

I saw a w123 coupe today in Newport, the same color and everything, dirty standard bundts.

I ended up purchasing this car. it's in San diego now. It was originally purchased by a couple in Newport beach as part of the european delivery program. The past two owners have been meticulous in taking care of it so all of the major wear items have been replaced. The leather is in good shape, no cuts or torn seams. a ittle wear in the color here or there which a matching dye took care of. I think the chrome wheels look great even though they are a little ratty after 22 years. All in all a very nice car which stats instantly and drives great. no smoke of any kind.
