Next step for Vanessa to get her vroom back is a full fuel line replacement (off with the crud!)
Was just wondering (before i crawled under the thing to start measuring) if anyone actually had a schematic diagram for the fuel line setup. It'd be great to know the exact bending angles and lengths.
Also what do people recommend for lines? Copper? Steel?
Cheers and thanks fellas!

You used stainless steel...did you bend your own? How much/what thickness line will it need?

RE: F-F-F-Fuel Lines!
no - i did not use stainless - i had it quoted from a local place here in WNY - that is in all the Mustang and HotRod mags....but the OEM ones were a lot cheaper - and when my dad and i thought about it...the OEM ones lasted 22 years or so - in Buffalo winters - SALT - with no fatal or any real problems...(although they looked very very close to failure-and in a few spots crumbled upon removal!!!) and now that my w123 is a summer only car - we figured the steel ones would be good again-and before and after install i used a heavy clear coat on them to try and lock out moisture - esp...up around and above the rear subframe...shoot - i dont even drive her in bad weather....
i used Goodridge flex lines - in stainless, rebuilt all the calipers, and have drilled rotors...
when they go - the w126 upgrade is going to happen!
