from me - it would be a whole -RAW kit - that you would fit and finish....I could not be tied up with making finished parts - but a good rough to start...
Who knows - they could be plastic too - if i were to vacuform them - and then you could join them and fill the seam - there are a few guys around here that vacform "racing" bumpers, so when the get damaged it is minimal loss - and they look pretty good too...

I'm interested in getting more aerodynamics.. I'd like to see what it/they look like on a 123. I'm very interested.
