oil leak... motor honey?...leak stop?

My 1980 300TD marks it's territory everywhere it goes. Can you add the leak stopper products or motor honey to a diesel motor?

I wouldnt suggest it becuase it will stop the leak but it will make the oil thicker and it would be harder for the engine to get the right lubrication. Try to find where the leaks coming from, power wash the engine and the underbody of the engine and then just check every day to see where the oil starts coming from. It could be as simple as a oil pan gasket. Good luck[8)]
