Looks like an Armalite Ltd (UK) armored product. The Sha was a good customer of Armalite, so perhaps was one of the Sha "security" cars shiped from Theheran to New York during the Sha's cancer treatement?
Otherwise, loos very similar to my two Armalite armoed 6.9 (#1721 and #1726) except my cars have mechanical rear sunroofs.
