Automatic Transmission problems on my 300sd

Well, the main problem is, I have no reverse, it feels like the clutch is slipping really bad, if I park it on a flat surface, and put in reverse, it will slowly start to roll backwards, but there is no power to it.

This Saterday I'm going to get it up on a lift, and change the filter, and flush the fluid, and see if that helps.

It also used to have trouble shifting, if it was under any load when it was time to shift, it would just pop into nuetral, and I would have to let the RPM's drop so it could grab a gear, I fixed some vacuum leaks, and the problem cleared right up, it shifts a little bit hard going from 3'rd to 4'th now, but that it.

I'm wondering if theres an online manual I could look at, so I can get an idea on how to adjust it. I heard there was a way to adjust the clutch, but I dont know enough to just start trying things.

In case your wondering, I have a mechanic helping me :p I know enough to get by, but haveing professional backup will save me from making any critical mistakes.
