That really looks like a computer generated rendering to me.

I do not believe M-B ever built such a car. Just my 2c based on 20 yrs as a Benz fancier and several months as an owner...

Yeah,I studied it a little more and have to agree but looking at it,I think MB should have built a coupe version[8D]Looking at it makes me want to go buy a plasma cutter and get busy[;)]

Yes it is a 6.9 with the engine bored over .040",but the 7.3 itself does not exist[V]What I want to know is where did they get that badge?[?]

There was never any 116 coupe put into prodution by DB, there prob has been various aftermarket conversions no doubt, we all know there was wagon and ragtop versions so surely someone has done a coupe, I'm currently looking into doing that to one of mine

Yep,and they made 1 6.9 estate for some rich guy,which he used for hunting if I am not mistaking on its use!

True, the SLC was kind of a cross between the S and SL and I'm sure that's how DB saw it at the time, however I'd still like to see a true S Class coupe

While I wouldn't mind owning one, I have to admit they definitely aren't the most attractive Benz's ever made, in fact with those US lights and bumpers they're just plain ugly
