Yup I've seen they can be bought on many sites. But I'd still prefer to see cars painted as a whole in that colour!

It looks like it's pretty bright… if it's too bright I'd eventually go with a darker MB red.

Yup, know these ones already! I get an idea more or less. There's also a dude on a Facebook W115 group that has one in that colour. It's weird how rare this colour is…

That bottom r107 is my 280sl and I just went out to check the code, and it looks like 568 H.

That's often the problem… the information is wrong. Look at this page for example: Mercedes W111 in 576 Rot (Red)

It states that this is 576 but I'm pretty sure this is something like Signal Red. On other pages I found pictures of 576 that is very dark, almost like Darkred 542.

And also, what does it mean when it says "576 G"? What does the G stand for? Because sometimes it says 576 G, and sometimes just 576. Maybe it's not the same colour?

G is for Glasurit - the other paint manufacturer.

Okay thanks, but I suppose there's no difference in the colour, right?

Sorry don't see an option to edit posts on mobile, but just wanted to say, why did they actually bother mentioning that in the first place? who cares who made the colour if it (as I believe) has no difference.
