Have you considered getting rad repaired? Might be the least expensive option. The older ones had metal tanks and were better quality than some of the modern plastic stuff.

Try summit racing - TONS of stuff. Give them dimensions and have them find one for you. You likely won't Find a GM or other new one as a perfect, direct replacement but you'll have tons of options.

I had my radiator for my W108 re-cored. I think it was less than $200 and the new core is a higher fin count. Works great and I have the benefit of having the original upper and lower tanks so trans cooler and the necks are unchanged. Unless you have badly damaged tanks, I would re-core.

Be sure to use a shroud with whatever you use.

I think the OP says its for a w114. I can't recall whether the 6-cyl use them, but I know the w115 diesel I parted had one.

Does a fintail not have a shroud?

Yes, he asked about a W114 which would probably be a 2.5L 6. I'm thinking of my fintail, which has an M180 2.2L 6 and a very different shaped radiator than a W114. Tall instead of wide.

Just curious, does it have a fan shroud?

What year is it?
It could be a 2.5 or 2.8...

Edit: oops. 1970... Probably a 2.8. My 2.8 number 169 was a 1970. That's the 250c those carbs were for.
