Dripping from radiator overflow hose
After a trip to my mechanic, my radiator overflow hose has been dripping quite a bit. He had the injection pump off the engine and some coolant obviously leaks out that way, so he topped off the radiator afterwards.
Checked the coolant level when cold, seems alright. The colour of the coolant is slightly brown, but it looks to be slightly rusty coolant (since there were no particles in the coolant, just an overall transparent brown / blue-ish colour.
I also did the dip test (dipping a small piece of kitchen towel into the fluid) and the fluid looked nice and blue on the paper.
Could he have overfilled it a bit or so? I've driven it for 3 hours today and it dripped once every 10 seconds or so for the entire duration of the trip (I guess? I checked every hour or so at idle, and it seemed to be dripping at random).
What could cause this?
