Pictures? are you selling just a set (2) of points? The entire distributor?

The 6.3 came with dual point distributor.

hi rump
it is the unit which plugs into the side of the distributor, containing two sets of points, connecting lead and plug

Those are the trigger points that signal the injectors, not to be confused with the ignition points.

There are no trigger points on a 6.3 of this era. Perhaps a 4.5?

hi will
i stand corrected. at the time of the 6.3 i also owned a 300sel 3.5 as i recall and the points unit could well have come from this car. lovely vehicle, fitted with 5 speed manual box. i do remember converting the 6.3 to single points plus an electronic assist unit and later to fully electronic.
what i also found in my workshop is a rear drive shaft for the 6.3, not sure whether left or rhs
regards
leon
