The fuel cut off solenoids that open when the ignition is on and then close when it is turned off. I needed to replace both of mine but I only found one on ebay. I endended up drilling out the "plunger" so the fuel on that one is never shut off. This was a temporary soultion, but I have been driving like this for over a year now and I havn't had any issues.
Kavadarci, you can listen to them open up when the ignition is turned on. It will be a "click" noise. If your still unsure, take them out and give hook apply 12v to them at the battery. Just momentarily give them power and don't hold it on for more than a second.
