Guys on the 107 forum have been suggesting a "noid light" on the injector wires.
It may be more of a hassle, but pulling the rail and measuring the flow is the sure way.
Have you tried verifying that you are really getting spark by putting something combustible in the throttle body and cranking? If you have spark you should get some combustion. You don't mention this.
