It sounds like it should be parted out, but over here in the states, an injected m110 (d-jetronic) in a w114 car is pretty rare. The carbs we have to deal with over here are a hassle when not running right. D-jet cars also part out pretty well as their parts are getting pretty rare and expensive, having been replaced with simpler k-jetronic injection around 1976.
On the other hand, w114/115 cars don't seem to bring in big bucks parting them out.
Is there any chance you can get it on the road and enjoy it without a hefty restoration?
