Air injected carbed m130 w108 108.016

What option is air injection on a w108 m130 108.016 North American (code 491) car?

I have had three w114 m130 cars with dual zeniths, but none had air injection next to the spark plug holes like this 1969 w108 parts car. Here is a shot of the option plate on the radiator support. I have yet to find the VIN.

A friend of mine is saying, that's no m130. It must be an m108, but the 108.016.12.?????? Seems to point to m130. It could be an engine swap but these casting numbers also seem to point to m130:

It may not make any difference as a breaker bar on the bolt on the crankshaft only got the harmonic balancer moving just the tiniest bit. It surely is not free, which is no surprise for an engine that has apparently been sitting since 1986 (last registration sticker I see).

64,000 on the clock, which must be 164k based on brake pedal wear.

The interior is pretty much all out, only maybe the cluster and Hvac stuff remain, not even the upper or lower dash now. Rear glass is out and doors are ready to be removed for stripping in air conditioned space. Windshield is shot. So it's time for the engine and trans removal less than 4 hours of work after getting it home. This one should be quick.
