The 108 wheel is the one with the three ears to hold a dog dish hubcap. The other two wheels are 114/115 wheels. Later (non-dog-dish) 108 wheels have round vent holes instead of slits. FWIW unless the tires are incredibly good (and check the date code for something less than 10 years old) I would dismount the tires at the junkyard and leave them behind. Unless fairly new they are worthless and a pain to ship.
14 x 6 wheels ship great in a 16 x 8, 16 x 16, etc box depending on how many wheels you ship. I've only shipped aluminum wheels so the cost breakdown vs. size vs. weight is different. I wrap the rims of the wheels in foam plumbing insulation (the stuff that is black and looks like a pool noodle) but you might not bother with steel wheels...
