I have seen those accelerator pumps for sale on ebay.

My 1970 250c had leather on both when I took it apart. I destroyed one leather seal. So I replaced it with the blue that comes with the rebuild kit. I simply lubed up the other leather one. I think the leather one is working better than the blue replacement in my car while I'm trying to get my carbs to work right.

I purchased a basket of carb parts on ebay and got one of the pumps like you show with that pile of parts. I am not sure if it would work better than the blue seal, but I am keeping it with the car/carbs just in case.

most of the accelerator pump problem is caused by a plugged discharge tube , or stuck check valves .

the ones with the black rubber seal are genuine MB parts. the seal does not come off. (unless your force and ruin it)

If your is still good , do NOT replace it. From the picture it looks good to me.

the blue replacement seals will fail in a year.

the MB replacement ones are about $80 each from classic center

my seals are completely gone,i think the former owner did put 95 gasohol in it,that eats the rubber and plastic in the carburetors, very difficult to get regular gasoline here (thailand) if can find it is 30% more expensive then the 91/95 gasohole,i dont know what shell v power will do to the carburetor.
