Bossio or Monark injector nozzle

Just acquired a nice 83 240d 224k miles that was stored and under-maintained. One of the first things on the to-do list is new injector nozzles. Having never done this before I'm trying to decide between the Bossio nozzles from or the monark nozzles sold on If anyone has any experience or recommendations I would love to hear it. Thanks in advance.

I bet you will get the best response for you model in the w123 forum. I would try starting a thread over there since there are probably many more users with your engine in that forum.

are yours bad or are you just changing them because they are old?
bosch is the best and is also the original. bosch also sells just the tip so you can take injector apart and replace just that and that would be by far the cheapest route to go

at 224 k miles , how is the engine running , there is not much life left in there .monark is known , not the other . if the engine runs , see how much blowby comes out of the vent hose at top of valve cover .
