The plan is to install higher compression (10:1) pistons, new headers and complete
exhaust, port an polish heads, possibly replace valves with bigger
ones, and install free flow K&N filter. I am also thinking
to replace or regrind the cams. I have looked the stage II cams from feind motorsport.
I am hoping for a 350-400hp end result. The queston is that will the original Ke-jetronic
cis system work with these modifications. Will the fuel supply be enough? I have also
heard that some people change D-jet injectors?
Work or work well would seem a good Question .

My opinion is that fuel flow will be OK. But I think you would need to do something about the injectors and the fuel distributor to get some more fuel to the cylinders at higher rpm. Maybe look for a 6.9 setup?
