Question Difference between W7DC0 and W7DC Spark-plugs?

Hi Benzworld, just a quick question!

It's time to change the spark plugs and I wanted to change them to W7DC, as my manual says to use those. However, Mercedes only had W7DC0 in stock so those were the ones I ordered.
My car has electronic ignition instead of the old points. The car is a W108 280 SE. Am I safe to use W7DC0 instead of W7DC? I haven't actually been able to find any information on W7DC0's so it'd probably be a good idea to ask.

i have used the w8dco [ previously dc ] for years , cannot feel the difference between them . i would use the 8 in place of 7 , a little warmer . use the 7 if you drive like a maniac in hot weather .

I believe compared to DC, the DCO has a larger center copper electrode.
Designed by Bosch for Daimler Benz, for the engines of the time.
The Bosch site has all the info.
