Either way, nice find/save.
Doesn't look like any of the Zender 123 kits I've seen, Although I have
seen some r/c107 and 126 kits cut down to size... either way it's cool and I want one.

The 2nd to the last RHD w123 Mercedes in California that I saw on ebag sold for around $1200. It was a white one in San Diego area. RHD just doesn't entice most people it seems. The other RHD I saw was in excellent perfect beautiful shape with that gas engine with desireable color combo and fetched around $5000 and was a more rare 2 door coupe. Those gas engines are a pain in the ass to work on as well. If it idles funny at all, don't bother trying to smog it. See if it has the cats under the car.

Regardless you have a neat car, it's just that it might cost you a lot to get it to the point where it's not worth your time, effort, energy and money. Someone still has to go in and restore everything. Really depends if it will smog. Or sell it to someone who will figure out the smog and not bother you about it.

I do know someone that is always interested in European W123's. Send me an email at poetrynightmare@yahoo.com. If the price is ok, he'll probably be interested. He likes cars weird/rare options He is in Northern California. Let me know.

^^^ Agree on that!

I would love to have it, to transfer stuff to my euro or to simply turn into a 300D....

It probably sat under that tree for so long because of it not passing smog do to the crazy stuff on a gasser...
