I realize it may have sentimental value but you have to ask yourself: If you did not have the car would you pursue and buy the same car to restore? Usually the purchase price is inconsequential compared to the price of restoration. Does it have ANY rust? That will dramatically increase complexity and expense. Do you want a rolling restoration or frame off (so to speak) Just depends on how involved you want to get. How much restoration is required? These are pretty low$ cars so it would be for enjoyment and experience. I tried to sell a friends
