Nothing rare or unique about a W114 sedan.
These are pretty plebeian as far as the models that were available in this year, and as a result prices will reflect that. The changes they have made to the car will detract from the value as well, as someone who is truly interested in a W114 sedan will probably be looking for originality, especially with things like the radio.
Webers were not stock carbs for this car, either. It would have had a pair of Zeniths.
Parts aren't hard to come by unless you're looking for something odd, like sheet metal.
If it's in really good shape it might be worth $2,000, I would venture, and that's probably pushing the envelope a bit. Look under the rubber mat in the trunk, as this is a common area for rust that isn't easily noticed. The rear window seal dries out and leaks, and the rubber mat traps moisture against the trunk floor, making it rust heaven.
Sadly, the W114 sedans are a sort of "transitional" model in my opinion. The finnies had some serious character, but the W114 chassis was sort of bland and basic, and lacked the panache the W108 chassis had, for example.
I had a 1970 W114 250C (coupe) which was a blast of a car, but I never had any attraction to the sedans.
Good luck with the sale.
