1977 Euro W123 Electric

South Florida is the gift that keeps on giving. Picking up lunch today a pristine W123 pulled up next to me, but without the usual clatter of the Diesel or diesel sounding M110. Of all the fricking day to run out without my cellphone or camera.

He said a company in Miami that specializes in Electric Porsches built it and it had the equivalent of 500hp.

Now granted this may not be for the purist, But I for one like the idea of driving around Vintage Benz with zero emissions and supercar power.

Who wants to get together and build one?

Would definitely love to play with the concept. I know a guy in OR who's combining a wrecked Tesla with a Vanagon. Vintage MBs should be perfect, since they can hide away lots of battery packs. I'm just south of SEA
