window adjustment r107

I have SL-450 1976, My window goes up to the hard top rubber but there is still noise of wind from the rear part of the driver side window.
what is the correct adjustment to fix this problem? (pics would be very helpful). also does anybody body know if it can be happened from weak window motor ? i'm asking becasue the window goes up bit slow.

there are 2 aluminum guides glued at the bottom of window , the rear one usually falls off .
