280C 1976 windshield gasket

Bought URO gaskets for windshield and back window. Don't fit. Any ideas on where to get 1976 280C window seals?

Yes, dont bother with any URO parts on your car, they will not last or fit..

millers get the $190 one not the $87 one. check front dealer they may even have better price.

280C Window seals

Thanks guys for the info...Miller's looks like the one. Car in the glass shop. Windows came out fine and no rust. URO was a pain in the butt. Really appreciate the help. Mahalo from Hilo Hawaii

After the fight I had the other day with my rear window, I wholeheartedly agree the URO brand gasket doesn't fit very well at all. The same goes for the window channel they sell for W115s.
I don't understand how a company can knowingly sell such a poor product and remain in business. On the other hand, it could be why they are for sale all over the interweb for about 1/3 of Genuine Mercedes part.

Anyone want to buy the Uro rear window seal I spent three days trying to fit until I came to my senses and ordered the genuine MB?

Buy OEM windshield gaskets, period end of story. Best price will always be from an on-line Mercedes dealership. You figure out the part number and then check the price at various on-line dealers. To find on-line dealers google "Trademotion Mercedes".

Currently: 1967 250 SL, 1963 220Sb, 1965 300SE Lang, 1971 280SE parts car, 1972 Alfa GTV, 1965 Alfa Duetto, 1993 BMW R100R
Past: 1971 250 C, 1985 300 TD, 1967 250 S, 1968 280 S,1981 300 D, 1982 280CE, 3 Facel Vegas, Borgward Isabella Coupe, Alfa 2600 Sprint, Volvo P1900 (yes), numerous less interesting Volvos, ...
