I see three pictures. One of the VIN tag (boring), one of the engine valve cover (boring), and one picture that is a 3/4 rear view of the car. Post pictures of the convertible top, up and down, how it connects to the top of the windshield, etc. Take pictures of things that are modifications to the car. The method and quality of the modifications are what makes this a junker or a keeper. Also, what is the rust situation of the car?

It is common to see cars that people have chopped into convertibles at the junkyard. I've never seen a 250C made into a convertible before and the idea is very interesting...

What kind of money are we talking about if you decide to purchase this? Or is this YOUR car already?

It could be pretty sweet if done correctly and kept in decent condition.

That is badass in a classy way. I think if I had the 250c I would have a pro make this modification.

A 114 coupe has a very long trunk. Possibly the trunk area could be modified using some sedan parts such that there is space for the top folded behind the rear seat. I think that green car looks very nice also. Having said that, I have seen very very few convertible conversions that I thought were better than dreadful.

Sorry, I know the pictures are poor. I do not own the car but am attempting to purchase it from an estate. I will attempt to get more pictures but it may not be until this coming week. Asking price $5k. Offer price $1500.
