Was able to start restoring some of the interior parts, with all this snow I stayed in and worked on the console and trim. I ended up making new kick panels, the old cardboard ones looked bad but I could still trace them for a template. Ended up using a very thin press board and then covered it with vinyl. I also cleaned and redyed the console, top and bottom with some of the trim pieces that go on it.

Started reupholstering the front seats. Did the lower section which had no support at all. Looks a little better now, at least my butt won't be sitting on the springs!

Finally got one done, the other is at the auto upholstery shop to get the vinyl patched. Considering the covers are over 40 years old I think they've held up really well.
