Break in oil

Talking to few people it was recommended that I use "break in" oil the first time I start the engine and not regular oil.

Wondering if someone has any thoughts on this and if I should use this high zinc oil?

The manual doesn't mention anything and the engine rebuild shop didn't have any recommendations

Thank you

Garage
YES, it contains extra zinc and other good stuff. You can buy a can of additive like
Lucas ENGINE BREAK-IN OIL ADDITIVE - TB ZINC PLUS

After that Rotella would be good for the rest of the time as it has the extra zinc also.

the manual doesnt say anything because back then all oils had the additives in them.

Regular oil it is then
I will also be using assembly lube for that extra lubrication required during the first few cranks
