W115 Instrument Cluster

Does anyone know how to pop out the instrument cluster on a W115? I want to replace the lightbulb inside.

nothing holds it in place but a rubber strip , just pull it from front or better push it out from behind , unscrew the speedo cable . old cluster is plastic , they become FRAGILE with age , be gentle .

And be extra carefull with the temperture gauge wire, try to bend and/or move it as little as possible, I had to replace mine and it was more difficult to find one then I thougt it was going to be. Luckily I pulled one off of a 1969 220 taht was sitting in the old boneyard. I would also suggest checking the new lights before you put everyting back together.
